We were seated immediately on a weeknight. My friend got their garlic tonkatsu shoyu ramen, I got regular shoyu ramen, and we shared tempura. The ramen was really good - less sodium is my preferred level and it was the perfect level, and the broth richness was still good. Their tempura unfortunate wasn't as good as expected - I had been craving tempura because of Tendon Kohaku but I failed to be satisfied as it was comparably much less flavorful. As for service, I wish they came by to fill my water sooner, especially since it wasn't busy - my water didn't get refilled until it had been empty for a while and we asked for the check.

Got the yuzu shio ramen and the karaage salad. The ramen had a strong yuzu scent which really complimented the bone broth. The yuzu shio ramen also was topped with a ton of spinach and green onions sooo if that's not your vibe... I would not recommend BUT it was my vibe so I was delighted. The karaage was really tender on the inside and hella crispy on the outside. Highly recommend the karaage! The portions for both dishes were huge and the waiters were friendly. Overall good ramen experience :)

I'm impressed that the ramen here is consistently good. They do get busy close to dinner time specially on weekends so plan to wait a bit if you show up around between 6 and 7:30 PM on the weekend.

I've ordered their ramen twice and I love to customize it with kale noodles. For a vegetarian ramen, I like this more than Danbo. Some of their toppings come with the bowl. I usually get their bamboo shoots and tofu for toppings. They have bean sprouts and wood ear mushrooms in it already and it comes with a spicy sauce. My husband usually goes for their spicy tonkotsu and enjoys that!

In terms of ramen, it's ten stars. You can always expect it to be prepared the same way every time. I always get the spicy ramen with low sodium, although I can't really tell the difference in the sodium level compared to the regular. The service is another story. They greet you enthusiastically, but that's where it ends. Once they take your order, you won't see or hear from them until your food arrives. We've visited the restaurant many times, and it's always the same. They never refill the water unless you ask, and the only time they check in is when it's time to settle the bill. Despite this, expecting a 20% tip seems unreasonable. Nothing much to note on the ambience, it's a ramen spot.

We've been to the Kizuki location in the mall but it was our first time at this one! We both ordered the garlic tonkatsu ramen and we loved it. Definitely ask for a side of chili paste if you're looking for spice! The broth was incredible and packed with so much flavor - I love how you can get a lower sodium version. The noodles were also perfectly cooked. The service was very slow. It took awhile for someone to come by to take our order despite the fact that it wasn't busy. Our food came out very quickly, however, it also took a long time for our server to come by to give us our bill. We were there for close to an hour and ate our food within 10 minutes so ~30-40ish minutes of waiting. The ambiance is nice and casual. The tables are pretty cramped together but there's a good amount of seating. I'll be back because the ramen is so good here! I would definitely give this place 5 stars if the service was better - hopefully it is next time around!

We enjoy dining here, particularly my teen daughter who always loves to order the Karaage salad. There was no wait on Tuesday night so we were seated right away. Tonight I tried the Japanese curry with karaage and rice. Both were very good and it is very filling. My husband had the chicken shio ramen. Any ramen can be ordered regular or low sodium. There were 2 waitresses tonight. Both served us but we did have to get their attention a couple times for requests. We enjoy their karaage very much because it is crispy, well seasoned and each piece is quite large. Parking spaces can be tight but are plentiful if you are willing to walk.

Got there at 8pm and there was no wait!! The pork was perfectly cooked as well as the soft boiled egg. Takoyaki had a great crunchy outside and soft inside and seasoned with a good amount of sauce/bonito flakes. Was surprised the spicy ramen was actually super spicy even tho we ordered mild. Lots of tables and bar seating available.
